English Muffin & Egg Benedict
English Muffin & Egg Benedict是很大众的美式早餐,
Egg Benedict其实就是水煮蛋, 我觉得比炒蛋和荷包蛋要好吃很多, 尤其是里面的蛋黄半固体半液体, 入口即化.
周末早餐由Vincent再次负责, 展现他现学现卖的本事, Google了个
烹饪方法, 自己做
English Muffin & Egg Benedict. 利用了冰箱里残存的玉米和洋葱, 加了点balsamic vinegar(甜醋), 酸酸甜甜, 令人食指大动.
