什锦炒米线
周末在家, 把冰箱里面的一点剩料全用了, 做了个挺好吃的炒米线.
一点绞肉, 加了金针菇和虾, 伴以料酒, 姜丝, 盐和胡椒粉炒熟, 倒入烫好的米线, 散些生抽和香菜, 翻炒几下就能吃了, 很方便, 味道也很好.
