葱花土豆泥
我从小就爱吃我爸爸做的葱花土豆泥, 每次都能吃很多, 吃到撑.
现在想到嘴谗, 就凭回忆如法炮制. 煮锅热水, 土豆削皮, 放进锅里煮到发软, 取出待用. 油锅烧热, 切大把大把葱花, 越多越香, 在热油里爆香, 把沥干的土豆也一起倒入, 用炒铲一边翻炒, 一边压扁. 最后放点盐就行了, 土豆天然带鲜味, 不用太多的佐料.
