烤鸡翅
自从发现了李锦记的韩国烧烤酱之后, 烤鸡翅变得非常容易, 且屡试屡胜. 把洗干净的鸡翅放入容器里, 倒入适量的烧烤酱, 加几片姜, 一匙蜂蜜, 最后再撒上些Chives(细香葱). 我在阳台上种了两盆Chives, 基本上取代了青葱, 需要的时候就去剪两根.
腌至少2小时让它入味, 然后进烤箱375F, 烤15分钟取出翻个身, 再烤10分钟即可. 出炉的时候那个香啊!
