Crunchy basil chicken
鸡胸肉比较难做得好吃, 因为很容易变老. Vincent从Shake&Bake那里得到启发, 自己用面包粉包裹切成一条条的鸡胸肉, 外加basil(九层塔)粉, 盐, 胡椒粉, 在锅里用中火把它煎熟至金黄色, 最后把它铺在自己喜欢的色拉上, 撒一些松仁和
蔓越莓, 非常鲜嫩可口.
