牛排和糖藕
Vincent买的Striploin steak, 煎到七分熟, 烫了些胡萝卜, 再配了大统华买的小菜(毛豆青口色拉, 微辣, 很开胃), 颜色动人, 味道嗯, 也很好.
我自己试做糖藕, 步骤不难, 糯米先泡3个小时, 然后塞在藕里, 两头用牙签固定, 放在糖水里煮, 煮好闻着很香, 卖相有点破, 吃起来还挺爽口的, 但和记忆中的上海糖藕差太远了, 怀念啊.
